Retirees may elect to participate in certain Commission-sponsored programs. The ERS withholds premiums from the monthly retirement benefit payment for participation in these programs.
Health Insurance
Retirees may be eligible to participate in the Commission’s medical insurance plan(s).
Legal Services
Retirees may continue participation in the Legal Resources plan offered by the Commission.
The Commission’s Health & Benefits Office administers these programs. Each year the Commission offers retirees the opportunity to make changes in coverage during open enrollment.
