MemberDirect Self-Service Portal
MemberDirect provides Active Members secure access to their retirement account information and the ability to generate their own benefit estimate. Active Members must enroll online to obtain access to MemberDirect.
With MemberDirect, Active Members can:
- View their account balance.
- View their plan enrollment date and years of service.
- View their Annual Benefit Statement.
- Communicate with ERS Staff and receive electronic notifications.
- Run Benefit Estimates.
Your MemberDirect account will follow you into retirement; therefore, you are encouraged to use your personal email address when setting up your account. This will ensure your continued access to MemberDirect after you retire or separate from employment.
